Information Collection and Use
As a visitor to the Site, we may record details of your visits and the resources that you access. We may also collect non-personal identifiable information including but not limited to IP addresses, profile information, aggregate user data and browser types.
When you register with the Site, we may request and retain certain personal information about you including, but not limited to, your full name, password, email address and date of birth. Where you make payments through the Site, we may also collect and retain your postal address and payment card details. In addition, from time to time, we may collect information including, but not limited to, your IP address, gender, time zone and telephone number.
You must provide, and continue to provide, accurate, complete and updated information. If you fail to do so, we may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice.
Our primary goal in collecting personally identifiable information is to provide you with the product and services made available through the Site, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account if you have one. The information we gather enables us to ensure that your information is not accessed by third parties who are not authorised to access it. We may receive and store any information or content you enter on the Site when you register for an account, fill out your profile, pay for credits or participate in any of our community services.
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services including, but not limited to, website hosting and maintenance, customer relations, database storage and management and direct marketing campaigns. We will share your personal identifiable information with these third parties but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and to provide such services and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your data.
We do not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or except as set out below.

We may transfer information about you if we are involved in negotiations undertaken with a view to us acquiring or being acquired by or merged with another company. In this event we will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to different terms.
Where you have been issued with a password (or where you have created a password) you should not disclose your password to anyone.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect any information you provide; however, we cannot guarantee complete security. Right of Access
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. To do so, please send us a request in writing to the email or postal address below. Please be aware that we charge a fee of £10 for sending you the information. Furthermore, we may ask for proof of identification. Once satisfied that we have received an appropriately identified request for information we will reply within 60 calendar days.
Right of Rectification and Erasure
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if inaccurate. You may do so yourself at any time by entering the updated details using the "User Details" page.
